ONLINE SUPPORT

To use our online support :
  1. Enter the Support Code provided and click Send Button.
  2. Click “Run” on the message which follows to download the Active X control required.
  3. Click “Run” again on the next message in order to install the downloaded Active X control
  4. If prompted with Windows Security Alert asking you to unblock the program, click on "Unblock" button.
  5. Minimize the NTR Support message box once it shows as "Connected"
